However she understand the dominant role of her husband in the family as he was the main one to bring money home. The more we read the more we understand how much she likes her husband and why is she hiding the truth and trying to be submissive so her husband won't feel bad. 

"Here? No." - an attempt to lie just to keep the truth hidden for a little bit longer which will keep his husband a bit longer so there will not be a problem in the family.

She is respectful to her husband and loves him. 

Nora's motivation for lying might be caring about the rest of the family members by hiding the fact that she does that going against the 19th century wife stereotype. 

Overall, she is caring as she is responsible for the house keeping, but she shows her caring personality while she says "Torvlad must have a good table. I couldn't let my children be shabbily dressed". 

Nora shows her childish personality when she uses language childish or exclamation
