Another problem they faced is they had to deal with many official procedures such as before they crossed the border workers had to get a permit in order to work and they also had to go through a brief medical examination. Then after they went through all those procedures they had to sign a contract and get their picture taken and they would get their permit. Another challenge they faced is they had many harsh working  conditions such as they had to bend down all day and their backs would start to hurt and they would have to keep working. Also when they were harvesting crops they were exposed to dangerous pesticides. Another reason Mexican's came to America is because of the damage in Mexico from the Mexican Revolution. Also another reason is because some Mexican's came to America through a program that allowed Mexicans to take the jobs of men that went off to war.
