The story highlights the social constructs formatted around identity and the bars placed on uncontrollable variables and living situations. The glimpses of different lives shared from so many angles brought a sense of connection to form insight and support empathy. I’m unbelievably inspired by the truth that has been fostered throughout this gain of many perspectives. This text set will encompasses the trends in our current society relating to considering privilege, understanding equality and equity, and connecting and exposing different identities. Technology and social media have overtaken society and the world is flooding with intense constant consumerism. Most of society has a technological feed ingrained in their brains where a feed is constantly updating them with news, connections, entertainments, and advertisements. The characters lived lack diversity, empathy, and critical thinking skills since everything is constantly feed to them to be controlled into the ideal "modern American". The main character Titus start a relationship with Violet who is not a typical feed zombie since she has not had the feed her whole life. Him and his friends, along with Violet, experience a hacker early on that completely shifts Violet and Titus views of their control. The first Will Grayson has a gay best friend name Tiny who is planning to write and direct a musical about himself. The second Will Grayson struggles with depression and sexuality. Both are brought together where Will #1 ditched his friends who were annoying him and Will #2 was catfished by an internet affair.  This story gives us insight into the life of two gay characters, Will #2 & Tiny, with very different experiences. The story as a whole reflects themes on mental illness, online dating/media involvement, and identity in a engaging way that shares honest and relatable voices.

Justyce is racially profiled at the beginning and it influences him to write to Dr. Martin Luther King to reflect on his concerns while looking through the lens of mlk's peaceful teachings.
