This began when the day I took my covid 19 vaccination. At that moment I did not feel a pain  but the next day I woke up and got ready for school I felt a bit dizzy but I did not take it so seriously and went to school. When suddenly, the headache and stressful feeling started and I did not understand what was happening to me. When I realised it was the effect of the vaccination . So I took a deep breath in and out in order to calm down. After hours of lessons in school, it was finally dismissal! So I quickly packed my bag and went home. I did not know why, but did not care. I resumed my normal daily activities. The next morning, when I touched my mother, I felt like she was colder than me. She also felt that I had higher body temperature than her. The thermometer read: 38.5°C! I had a fever. We took out the Covid-19 test kit and it was positive. 
        That afternoon, I started to feel dizzy, and my temperature started rising even more. I wanted the fever to go  away immediately as it felt horrible. My mother prepared the meals for me and I had to skip school for a week, but I really wanted to see my friends. I imagined being able to run around freely, but I am trapped on my bed, being tired. All I wanted to do was to rest. 
        I spent the rest few days just sleeping—falling asleep and waking up, asleep and waking...
When I had to have my meals, it was tiring to try chew things, and more, having to walk from my bedroom to the living room to eat, and back. My parents encouraged me through the period of time and made my meals. I felt a sharp pain on my forehead. I tested my temperature and it was about 40 degrees. I took a ART test and the result was  a dark red line on two of the lines. I was having trouble with sleeping and everything i tasted is plain.

I felt a bit of nausea too but nevertheless I brushed it off and continued with my homework. With every passing minute I felt sicker and sicker until I could not handle it. I told my father since my mother was not home and he told me to get some rest and drink water. Although I still had some homework left to do I took his advice and took a break. I felt things were slowing down and I had a headache. I could not recall what was in my mind that time but it made me felt uncomfortable and more sick. I took my temperature and it turns out I had a fever(38.8c). My father gave me warm water and some fever medicine. I took it and began feeling a bit better after some time. I took a nap and after the nap my temperature decrease and it was now 37.8.c I was still under the weather but after some time of resting and eating some medicine I eventually recovered from the fever.
    Although this was a long time ago I still can somewhat feel the pain I was going through when I was sick. Nevertheless, I drank some water and worked up all my strength to continue        studying for my examinations.
      As the days passed by, I felt like I was going to faint, so I told my mother, who worked as a nurse, to help me alleviate my pain.
       Upon checking my symptoms, my mother put some ice on my forehead and check my temperature. Turns out, I had a high fever.
      After a few weeks, my fever went down. Ahmad woke up all sweaty and weak. Ahmad got out from his room and went to find his mum.
             “Ahmad, what’s wrong? Are you feeling unwell?” asked Ahmad’s mum. His mum touched his forehead, and told him that his not going to school because he was sick. Ahmad insisted to go to school because he does not want to missed out on the learning journey.
              After a few minutes of convincing, Ahmad’s mum finally allowed him to go to school. During lunch break in school, Ahmad was experiencing a bad headache. Ahmad did not tell anyone about it. 

Moments later, Ahmad was about to board the bus when suddenly he vomited. His teacher told him that he was not allowed to follow the class to see the artefacts in the Indian Heritage Center as he was sick. The excursion bus left the school with all of Ahmad’s classmate. Ahmad felt sad. His teacher called Ahmad’s mum and told her that Ahmad vomited and that he is unwell.
           Ahmad’s mum arrived at school and brought Ahmad home. She brought him to see the doctor. After visiting the doctor, Ahmad’s mum gave him the medicine that was given by the doctor. Ahmad apologies to his mum for attending school despite his mum told him not to.
         One week had passed and Ahmad returned to school. ”Ahmad is back! Are you feeling better already?” his classmate asked him with a big smile. After eating my breakfast, I felt some pain in my forehead. I felt dizzy and decided to take my temperature. It was 39.4 degrees. I felt heartbroken as I was sick on my birthday. I lied down in bed all day long with my father giving me medicine from time to time. I wanted to play UNO with my family, but I felt so dizzy at the same time.
All I wanted was my pain to go away. I wanted to play instead of lying in bed plus I had to eat medicine everyday. I spent some days lying in bed and eating medicine. I felt like I was suffering. But I was feeling better after a couple of days. I decided to take my temperature and I realized that my fever was gone! I was super joyful and I was allowed to leave my bed.
