         <description><![CDATA[<div>To solve one-step multiplication and division equations, you try to get the variable by itself on one side of the equation but if you need to divide one side, you need to do the same to the other side so if the equation is 3x = 6, then divide 3x by 3 to cancel out the 3 in 3x because its being multiplied and the opposite of multiplication is division. now divide the 6 by 3. our equation is now x = 3. </div>]]></description>
