Basically there are a few stations that are handle by practical students which are ticketing, gift shop, food and beverages and also entrance.

For my first day, Kak Aini put me at entrance and been supervise by senior staff, Kak Jamrah.

The job scope including checking customer bag and make sure no outside food allowed in the water park. Besides that, I need to measure the height of kids that came to the water park with their  parents.

Try to adapt with new environment at f/b. Make an observation and learn how to work at f/b from other workers and practical student. In this station, I had been supervised by one of foreigner worker (Surya) in this cafe. He responsible in preparing food, take care the cleanliness of this cafe, 

The task at f/b including set up the related equipment for making a teh tarik, milo and nescafe for customers. Set up the ketchup and chili sauce station and also set up the cutlery at one section in f/b.

Other than give service to the customers, i need to count the stock of drinks in the store and in the fridge after closing the cafe.

Got instruction from management to change the station from food and beverages(f/b) station to gift shop and tube.

Try to adapt with new environment at gift shop and tube . Make an observation and learn how to work at gift shop and tube from other workers and practical student. In this station, I had been supervised by one of foreigner worker (Selva) that is person in charge in this station. He responsible in manage and handle everything in gift shop, tube and anything related to the station.

In this station, there sell clothes, swimming suit, toys, float and other else. Its also provide for customer to rent the tube and cabana. The customer can buy a token from here to use the locker or hairdryer. 1 token equal to rm5.
