         <description><![CDATA[<div>4 month old baby Joshua was found by his mother Sherry, facedown in his crib, blue, stiff and lifeless. Joshua's death was accidental but his mother was found guilty and spent a year in prison, but the rest of her life missing her baby, and her eldest son who was taken away from her because of the conviction.</div>]]></description>

         <description><![CDATA[<div>The courts of Appeal for Ontario acquit Sherry's conviction a decade after her original sentence in 1999 for the death of her baby boy.  The evidence Dr. Smith brought forth as evidence was found to have several mistakes. A review of the autopsy showed no evidence of foul play by Sherry, it had showed that baby Joshua had accidentally suffocated in blankets while asleep in his crib</div>]]></description>
