Today, we have learned speaking skills. Speaking a language well involves developing a number of different aspects. Fluency is the ability to speak easily and smoothly. Accuracy is the ability to work or perform without making mistakes. Pronunciation is to make the sound of (a word or letter)with your voice. Stress is the greater loudness or force given to a syllable or word in speech. Intonation is the rise and fall in the sound of your voice when you speak.

Another usual technique for giving a presentation is using"signposting language". Presenters will use cue words or signposting expressions that indicate to the listener what to expect. The function are introducing the topic, overview(outline of presentation),finishing a section, starting a new section, summarizing and concluding and invitation to discuss/ask questions.

we will make a presentation on Friday. and the last important part of your presentation slides.

I have learned a text was Cluster sampling in business and management research. I read this text quickly. I remembered this text said the definition of cluster sampling. Cluster sampling is similar to stratified sampling in that both techniques require the researcher to sub-driver a population into a set of mutually exclusive and exhaustive sub-groups. When I read, I did not understand a word in this sentence, this word is a stratified. So I take it into my notes. After I finished reading, I used a dictionary to check this word meaning. When you read the text using the dictionary, it can slow you down. This text tell us the benefits of the cluster sample are that one does not require a precise sampling frame, and that it can be used where the population is widely distributed geographically.

Compare and contrast working from home vs.working from the office

Today, with the development of Internet, the number of people prefer choose to work from home than work on offices. However, both working from home and working from offices are many disadvantages and advantages. This essay will discuss three aspects of them, for example, working time management, spare time and places of working.

One major difference between working hours from home and working hours on offices, is the time management. Working from home will schedule your working time by yourself. How much time you want to rest and how long you want to work. As for you, it is flexible that you work from home. It is possible that you will be lazy and work inefficient. Nevertheless, if you work on offices, you will have a strict timetable. You must work on time and tap your staff card everyday. You boss check your attendance when ending of month. If you absent one hour or one day, for example, your boss can cut your salary depend on your attendance. As a result, many people like working from home to decide their work time flexibly.

Another major difference is the place of working. Working from home. You can work from wherever you want. Take a cafe for example, cafe environment maybe is suitable to you. There are soft sofa, elegant background music and quite settings. A large number of people want to work from cafe. If you choose to work at home, you will work comfortable. On the other hand, you just work on your seat everyday. For instance, when you have break time in the afternoon. you don't have a sofa bed to take a rest. You work inefficient when you rest less time.

A third difference work in the way people are able to spend their free time. You spend more time communicating with your friend and parents. It can strengthen your relationship. Sometimes you eat together with them and your meal is delicious. But you work on offices. You pay your meal everyday. maybe you do not like to eat. It is bad for your health for a long time. Extra cost you pay everyday, for example, your meal, parking or bus ticket, waiting car time and peak hours if you work on offices.

In conclusion, working from home and working on offices vary in terms of jobs hours, jobs of places and entertainment time. Only people who have experienced working both at home and on offices can truly appreciate the unique characteristics of each. Working on offices has some benefits. If you have high salary, you will work hard and improve yourself everyday. You motivation stimulated when you get promotion. It is obvious that more merit working from home than working on offices.
