- Celebrate Staff Birthday every month end
- Do a shout out to staff using email, attached with e-bday card
- on the day of email circulation, one pc of Ferrero Rocher Chocolate will be placed on the staff's table along with a small note from SWBC

Logistics:
1. Pantry team will buy Ferrero Rocher Chocolate (https://www.fairprice.com.sg/product/ferrero-rocher-chocolate-t30-375g-10041770) using pantry fund and stash the chocolates in a secret place
2. Notes to be printed and cut in advance (one time prep)
3. e-card to be prepped in advance and store in a folder (one time prep)
4. once a month, choc and notes to be distributed to staff celebrating bday, and ecard to be sent to all staff.
