         <description><![CDATA[<div>-Peardeck is a tool that allows teachers to create interactive learning slides for their google slide PowerPoints for students to learn and follow along with.&nbsp;<br>-Students can follow along with the slides, answering questions as you go. For example, if you pull up a slide that says "circle all of the pictures that start with 'c'. There can be a cat, dog, cup, bear, and map. Students can look on their screen and circle the cat and cup showing the teacher immediately who understands and who does not.<br>-When making your pear deck presentations you can accommodate all students. If you have students who have trouble reading you can add auto and record yourself reading the questions/passage to the students for them to playback. &nbsp;</div>]]></description>

         <description><![CDATA[<div>-Epic is a reading website that gives students access to thousands of books and magazines.&nbsp;<br>-Epic allows students to read books on their personal reading level (F&amp;P, AR, etc.), students can also have the books read to them. The site has a plethora of options to choose from and it build children's love for reading.<br>-A great way to use Epic is after a student is done with their reading test at the end of the week they can get on. Another great way to use it is if you are teaching the class about Lion's tell the students to find a National Geographic article on Lion's or an animal of their choice, read about it, take the quiz, and share what they learned to the class.</div>]]></description>

The program has both reading and math and teachers can assign different lessons to students based off their level and needs.<br>- The best way to implement this tool is during your reading and math learning centers time, students can be on this tool working on the same standard but one different levels or doing completely different lessons depending on their needs. The students get excited when one it and earning stars motivates them to keep trying.</div>]]></description>

According to Seesaw(n.d), Seesaw is where teachers "Easily search for engaging, cross-curricular PreK-5 lessons that align with your standards."<br>-With Seesaw, students can watch fun learning videos, do be given instructions to do their hands on learning activity and draw video and voice record themselves showing their answers.&nbsp;<br>-A teacher could be absent and instead spending so much time finding and printing hundreds of pages of busy work packets, they can tell the substitute to have students do their assignments on Seesaw because it is so kid friendly. </div>]]></description>

         <description><![CDATA[<div>-iReady is a standards based tool used to supplement and reinforce standards taught in class. iReady is interactive and gives reading and math practice through virtual simulations where students can work out problems, and show what they have learned.<br>-As the students score well on lessons they earn coins that they can use to play games, if they don't do their lessons or don't score well they don't earn points for games so it motivates them to keep trying.&nbsp;<br>-iReady can be used independently as school during centers (reading or math) or at home. Teachers can even pull it up themselves and project it for the class to work on together. </div>]]></description>
