For Thanksgiving I going to my papa and grandmas house and my mom , my dad, my brother, my two sisters, and more family. We go there at about 2:00 and we start doing some stuff. My grandma starts to cook some food and the rest of my family are down stairs. We play games and me and my sister go and play outside with our dog who sometimes comes. The food is almost done and you start to get the tables ready. The bigger table is for the older people and the smaller table is for the younger people. When the food is ready you start to get the food the younger kids go first and than the older people. For Thanksgiving we eat turkey, vegetables, bread and we have desserts. For dessert we have pie with whipped cream or ice cream on the top and just ice cream. This is what I do on my Thanksgiving.

As we go higher air gets thinner and the thinner air exerts less pressure. When the air is thinner it takes less energy to boil water. Why I can cook even faster in my bright cheerful kitchen she said? "With a pressure cooker I can make water boil at a higher temperature". Rather than decrease pressure. Pressure cookers apply pressure. They can raise them boiling temperature of water to 250 F (121 C). That way, noodles, rice, and other foods take less time to cook.

The Parthenon was original built as a temple of worship to the goddess Athena construction began in 480 BC. In the sixth century Christians used the Parthenon as a church, and Muslims used it as a mosque in the 1400s. Today however the Parthenon is a symbol of greek society and vision.

The Parthenon was solidly built, but it was also an artistic marvel. Not one "straight" line on the Parthenon, for example, is actually straight. Vertical columns, in fact, appear to be narrower in the middle when they actually are not. The architects of the Parthenon adjusted for this by building there columns with a bulge in the middle. This type of adjustment is called a optical refinement. The column is not strait to be sure but they look straight.
