eg. not allowing the client's narrative to justify their use of violent behaviour
*Or in such cases where we know it may go down this route.. wld we even consider using narrative therapy.

(through info sharing and role play)
 (Research can be done – To dig into literature pertaining to Empowerment Work (e.g. Judith Herman's Complex Trauma Recovery Model and Journey Away from FV) to gather insights in possible tools and activities to engage clients on Ego Integrity work and Looking-Glass Self. Info sharing with one another also on what we do! e.g. draw genogram with client)

- Invite other professionals to give us trainings or talks e.g. CCU, CPH on how to use attachment theory in work with clients, and whether circle 2 can come together and practise it, give suggestions.

- Concur with Grace's point on working with perpetrators -  how can we also have a more holistic engagement with men who abuse, given the case types we see, and give the different causalities of violence? Are we aware of the research on causalities of violence and how to target and help these men? • (Adding on to GA’s point on reflective sup) Concretising how we can do reflexive and reflective supervision, especially as the new supervision model by FCS clearly states certain indicators that requires us and supervisees to be aware of how our PEPCs and PPMs affect our dealing of cases. This would be particularly helpful to concretise in our setting i.e. notions about victims, perpetrators, helping in crisis etc. And this would help in all our tagging experiences.
• Motivational Interviewing: noticed that it is still something not practised very intentionally, and yet forms a lot of the scaffolding to other work that we want to do for first or even second order change.
• Frameworks to work with perpetrators beyond change and control model (for 1st order change and beyond): many supervisees/taggees have shared they feel ill-equipped to work with perpetrators as after induction there was no follow-up on this and for now, am not sure if within circle 2, there is alignment in how we work with perpetrators too. Good to discuss and learn from one another and also align ourselves in the way we tag.
