Some classes are blocked for 80 minutes that account for 2 classes out of the day.

Foreign language is no longer a requirement for middle schools.

Classes are 40 mins long for a regular class.

Spanish/French also language can be taken in high school) because a second language is not needed for a student to succeed with the exception of those who don’t speak English (or English is not their first language) which in that case would be acceptable but if it’s not needed it could cause more stress to the students day to day learning. P.E promotes good health, The Arts are a great outlet for those who may not exceed in academics or don’t see themselves choosing anything but The Arts as a career path and Math/LA are used for MAP. Social Studies is great for understanding the world around us and being able to learn about others.
