When the parents bring in a packet and register take the front cover off and give it back to the parent it has the information sheet on the back and the date of the parent meeting is on the front. Please make sure that the packet that goes to Teresa has summer camp written on it at the top where it says program. Everyone must pay for the first week when they come into register for each child. if the receive free or reduced lunch they must have a copy of the school lunch letter to get the rate. If they don’t have one but want to make sure their child has a spot for summer they will need to pay the full price then bring in the letter later Teresa will make sure they get a credit on their account. If you have any questions call and ask Teresa or any of the other merits. Teresa will get the flyers out tonight (3/31/16). You will need to override the cost and enter the correct amount depending on what they qualify for. Teresa will also put a sheet at each desk telling you the prices.
