Popcorn with Cheese
DESCRIPTION:
Canguil is a food very desired by people, especially Andean families. It was a source of diet for pre-hispanic peoples. Nowadays, This product is used for the elaboration of different dishes, for example, in soups, ceviche, encebollado etc. In the film industry (cinemas) it is the main element of delight while people admire the film.

INGREDIENTS FOR THE POPCORN:
-Corn
-Oil
-Salt

INGREDIENTS FOR THE CHEESE SAUCE:
-Butter
-Cheddar cheese powder

PROCESS
1.- Firts you will need a pot on the stove before putting the oil.
2.- Then you will put the corn in the pot with a little of salt.
3.- While the popcorn is being made, you should be making the cheese sauce.
4.- To make the cheese sauce you will need a pot to put inside butter.
5.- When the butter is melted, you will add the cheddar cheese powder.
6.- Mix the cheese sauce and then you will put it in the popcorn.
7.- You are going to enjoy this delicious recipe.
