When beginning the job, I was unsure of what to do in certain situations, but trying out differnet methods actively helped me to learn and find a way that is efficient. 

Another example of an active experience that I have had was learning to golf. It is something that I had never done until recently, and like the example in the text, I did not read a lot of information before playing my first game. It happend to me today when I was completing homework for another course. After completing the assignment, I began thinking of an easier way to do the same assignment. I critiqued my own work, and next time I have a similar assignment I will be able to do it quicker and better. 

Another constructive experience that I have had was on the first day of classes this semester. I took notes in my classes; however, when I went back to review them they were a jumbled mess and I couldn't read some of what I wrote. I critized the way I wrote the notes and began thinking of another way to take them. One experience that I had today was completing my laundry. I needed to complete my laundry before a specific time, so I worked to get that task finished. I had a specific goal in mind and that is why it is considered intentional. 

Another example of something intentional that I have experiened is applying for my job. When applying for a job, you have to goal to be hired for the position. In my astronomy class last year we learned about the phases of the moon, but I didn't actually understand them until I actually looked outside at the moon everynight and recorded what it looked like for my project. Actually seeing it made me learn better than looking at slides on a  powerpoint. 

Another authentic experience that I have had took place in my high school biology class. We were discussing the human body and how it changes especially when you are elderly. For example, at my job I work with two other people who are the same age as me. We each bring a different ability to the table, but without all three we would not be able to complete our jobs. 

Another experience that I have had when it comes to cooperation is my high school soccer team. There are 11 players on the field per team, and each player has the ability to play a specific role. If one of those players were not cooperative, then it would throw the entire team off.
