Good day gentlemen,

We’ve been dealing with your kind services for a very long period, and we are glad  to have such a contracting company to cooperate with.

Also, your company is very famous in its field, yet I have some small complaints unfortunately.

First of all, the quality of the food has been getting worse, for example, yesterday we ordered the French toast and it wasn’t well done from the inside.

Also, the cheesy scrambled egg was cold, like it was made a day before.

In addition, the price is much higher than ever. We usually come and enjoy the whole service within around 50-100 SR for four people. Yesterday it was around 200.

I’m sending you this complaint letter because I really like and appreciate your place, and I'm planning to see it go from good to perfect.

To Whom It May Concern,

I am writing today to complain of the poor service I received from your company on 15 FEB 2021. 

I went to several of your branches, and they refused to give me my prescription because they thought, from my appearance, that I was too young for it, so I must have been lying.  So, they accused me of faking the prescription.

I tried to ask your representative about my issue, but he refused to deal with my questions. We ended our meeting after almost an hour without either of us accomplishing anything!

 I am most annoyed that I wasted a morning which was a vacation day.

I would welcome the opportunity to discuss matters further and to learn of how you propose to prevent a similar situation from recurring.

I have two reasons for my complaint as shown below:

The quality of the food-The prices, first of all, the company who is in charge of the food is very bad. When it comes to the variety of the food and the taste, it’s not good. 

Second of all, the prices of the food are very expensive. Moreover, I think it’s shocking that the prices are high with unfortunate quality, so I would like your support to solve this matter. 

I have two options to solve this issue if you like. These are the options:

Changing the company who is in charge-Inform them about the complaint-Reduce the prices of the food.

There are a lot of reasons for my complaint. The first reason is that the food quality is terrible, and the price is expensive and a waste of money . 

The second reason is that there is not a coffee machine.

This problem has a lot of bad effects on our work. The worst effect is that we don't get enough energy to do our job as required. It is not an easy one , and we have to solve it as fast as possible.

Dear Sir, Madam,

I am writing regarding my stay in Hotel Prestige, which was not satisfactory, due to incorrect information of accommodation description provided on the Hotel Website. Between 2 February and 7 February I stayed in your hotel in room 778 on the 7th floor.

I have booked the superior room on hotel website one month before my stay, as you may see in the enclosed VOUCHER #23849VP to this letter. On the website it was stated that superior room has the size of 40 sq. meters and balcony.
