Saudi women are known for fleeing their country due to unfair circumstances, such as :

"A man controls a Saudi woman’s life from her birth until her death. Every Saudi woman must have a male guardian, normally a father or husband, but in some cases a brother or even a son, who has the power to make a range of critical decisions on her behalf."

this advert does play a relatable and makes an effort to relate to the public to appear to more peoples expectations, of course appearing differently within the two versions, as the Western version all the characters appear in more well known work clothes that are normally portraited within a typical office job, whereas within the Eastern version most are seen wearing a Hijab or Keffiyeh. This shows that the company is trying to appeal to all groups of people and that they are a company of all people.
