1. Together, the team work out a protocol for handing work over to each other before a holiday, and when they return, so people can switch off properly (including you!)

2. When new ideas and new demands keep coming in, help your team step back and decide together

Rotate chairing of meetings and setting agenda's, taking minutes

Plan for each individual member to lead on a topic in each of our monthly meetings.

I have a large team so they each have lead and follow roles for specific tasks. Staff had input into what they lead on, this is across two sites so other site works as back up for the lead when absent

create a rota for managing shared inboxes, so members of the team have days off where they can have a "head down day" to focus on other tasks
