         <description><![CDATA[<div><strong><em>Sport England- </em></strong>Sport England is a non-departmental public body underneath department for digital, culture, media and sport. (Wikipedia [Online],2018). Sports England's aims are to improve the development of sport and introducing sport to young children at a young age so that they can develop into a career or help their general health and prevent childhood obesity. Their key aim is to get as many people in schools and in general across the UK to get engaged in sports. They have done this by managing to involve many schools across the UK and giving funds so that the colleges or schools can take the children or students out on beneficial sports development activities like mountain climbing or <br><strong><em>Structure- </em></strong>The provider had a main governing body and they will have a main board of directors and they will have other layers like the media teams further down the hierarchy which both roles have different responsibilities.<br><strong><em>Role- </em></strong>The Media team will deal with all of the social medias and the website to promote the already country wide provider. </div>]]></description>

         <description><![CDATA[<div><strong><em>Tees Valley Sport- </em></strong>Tees Valley Sport is a provider that helps sports development of disabled children in the Tees Valley region. Although they do work with older people who are either fully fit or less able to walk. <br><strong><em>Structure/Role- </em></strong>Like UK sport the Tees Valley Sport have a hierarchy but it is far smaller. The coach development manager is called Victoria Auton and she overseas everything. And to the bottom of the hierarchy there is a business support officer called Catherine Woods and she will make sure that the money and marketing schemes are working and will individually set out funding to help the sports development of potential future paralympians.<br><br><strong><em>UK Sport- </em></strong>UK Sport is the nation's high performance sports agency investing in Olympic and Paralympic sports. Its mission is to work in partnership to lead sport in the UK to world class success. <br><strong><em>Structure/Role- </em></strong>UK Sport has a very strict hierarchy as they have a chief executive who plays a role in the development of the elite sport system in the UK. There is also a chief operating officer who deals with organising events and making sure everything is under control and up to date.</div>]]></description>

         <description><![CDATA[<div><strong>Quest-</strong> Quest is a tool for continuous improvement designed for the management and of the leisure facilities. Other partners come into define the industry standards and highlight the standards and show good practice from this. They measure quality by looking at by coming into the establishment and seeing good practice and assessing the performance of the provider and also helping them to improve by highlighting the negatives or they will shut down businesses if they are that bad. </div>]]></description>

         <description><![CDATA[<div><strong>TAES</strong>- TAES stands for Towards An Excellent Service. This provider of measuring quality was set up by the sports development provider Sport England. TAES aim to provide a clear measurement of the present health. They do assessments to assess the standard of coaching/ teaching and they then highlight the positives and negatives.</div>]]></description>

         <description><![CDATA[<div><strong>What are their aims?</strong><br>Their main aim right now as a scheme is to increase the participation in disability sports. They did this by coaching PE teachers/Coaches/Mentors on how to coach when the child is disabled or with any kind of special needs. This is shown in the coaches sessions directly after due to more understanding and confidence with the subject.&nbsp;<br><br>They also have other aims like reducing childhood obesity to eating a balanced and healthy diet.</div>]]></description>

         <description><![CDATA[<div><strong>How are they successful?<br></strong>They are successful as in the recent years they have aimed to increase disabled sports participation. Ellie Simmonds is a 4 time gold medalist and competes at the Paralympic games. She is an ambassador now and came through the scheme when she was a child. As shown she is successful and now represents her country as an athlete at the highest level.</div>]]></description>

         <description><![CDATA[<div>Positives: They are well known for their success in sports development in getting kids involved in schools and clubs across the UK.<br>Negatives:They ask people to shop at Sainsburys which is promotion as they need to go there and shop for their tokens to be used to raise money for the scheme.<br>Recommendations: They can improve this by doing events to raise money as under the great success is a scandal. They realistically could do fundraisers and events to raise money.</div>]]></description>
