Last week i had my first weekly. I chose the bar section in Roofpark Cafe and Restaurant. I chose the bar section because i was interested in learning about the beverage knowledge. The Roofpark Cafe and Restaurant is located in pajajaran street, on the 3rd floor of Raja Factory Outlet. It is a western restaurant but it also served some indonesian cuisine.

I was in the bar section of that restaurant with my friend, Jesika. I met the head Bar, Ka Eva and she was the one who first taught me one of the basic drink that is frequently ordered in that restaurant. At first i was only able to make variants of tea but as the time went by i began to learn more and eventually i was able to make other drinks. Later on when i met Ka Agung, he taught me about coffees and also the names of the tools used in bar. He even let me try the coffee machine, and taught me about latte art even though it was hard. I was happy because in the end they gave me more and more responsibilities in the bar so i was able to learn a lot about the work flow in a bar

Halo everyone, I want to tell you about my weekly experience in Roofpark Restaurant. Roofpark is one of the restaurant in Bogor. It's located on Padjajaran street, near the Salak Tower Hotel. It's in the same building with Raja Factory Outlet, and it's in the 3rd floor. This restaurant sells many kind of foods from Indonesian and Western food. There's a bar who sells alcohol and and non-alcohol beverages.

I work in kitchen section as a cook helper. I work with Diana Meylinda, my classmate. When the first day begin, I work at 9 am. I meet the executive chef, sous chef, cdp chef, and other cookers. They're so nice to us. They give us lots of cooking knowledge, it's so valuable and I appreciated it.
When I work there, I learn in many section in the kitchen, like western section, nusantara section, and bakery & pastry section. I even learn in plating section.

Hello everyone, my name is Jesika. I want to tell you about my weekly experience at Roofpark. Roofpark is a indonesian western restaurant. It is located at Pajajaran road and it’s have an outlet in the ground floor.

In there, I choosed a bartender section with my partner named Eunike. The first time i went there, i met Eva and Agung which is a headbar. My responsibilities were prepared a tea, heat the water, make a simplesyrup and make some drink like any kind of milkshake, smoothie, juice, etc. They thought us how to make coffee with the coffee machine how to make a milk into creamy for the latte art. And kak agung give an example to make a latte art and change the coffee with cherry water and milk with dish detergent. It was a great experience i ever had because it was my first time get trained and met many senior that were kind. I was so happy to work there. Thats all about my experience. Thank you, love😘💛.

Last week i had my first weekly. I chose the kitchen section in hotel salak the heritage. Hotel salak the heritage is a modern hotel rich with historical culture and values. It’s located in the center of Bogor, Indonesia, near the Presidential Palace and renowned Bogor Botanical Garden.

I was in the kitchen section with my friend Trianna, Dipa and Sahrul. The head chef is Untung. All chef in the kitchen is very friendly. They gave me new experiences about the work in the kitchen. While i was there i always cut Vegetables, onion, meat, etc. The favorit menu is shabu-shabu, because it was serve every day. I'm thankful to all the people who's been verry kind and help me through my weekly.

On december 10th, 2018 I worked at Salak Tower HoteI as a concierge (bell boy/doorman) from 8am until 4pm for 5 days straight. At first I was really tired but I enjoyed it. People right there was very nice. I met a lot of people such as kak agnes (FO staff), kak lala (FO staff), kak novia (FO staff), kak sadeli (bell boy), kak fauzi (bell boy), kak sugih (bell boy), kak fikri (concierge), mr bayu (FO supervisor), and many more.
After a few days, i started to feel bored because there is not much i can do. My responsibilities are only greet guest, open and close the door, prepare luggage tag, and give information about meeting room. But overall it was a nice experience. Also, i got quite a good score hehe...

In my first weekly training at the Rita cafe located at Jl.pajajaran Circle Key. a small cafe that holds a lot of knowledge and is useful. I met the owner of Cafe Rita on the first day of Mr. Arlan & Mr. Sin. I along with my colleague, Gopal & Edli, knew themselves and begged to be guided properly. I chose the kitchen because cooking is one of my favorites. on the first day I was only taught to make pizza dough and just take notes and see how to cook various pastas, that day was very tired and very fast ending.

on the second day I was very excited to go to cafe Rita because on that day I was allowed to cook, I tried cooking one of the pasta menus and I tried to make a pizza rita lover, one of the favorite menus at cafe Rita, but I was not satisfied because I didn't can try the pizza I made because the pizza is for guests. when the break arrived I ventured to speak to Mr. Arlan that I wanted to try the Pizza Rita lover, then he allowed me to make the pizza rita lover and we ate the pizza together.

I am weekly at the hotel Salak the Heritage in the kitchen section, Hotel Salak the heritage is one of the best hotels in Bogor, Salak hotel is located adjacent to the Botanical Gardens Bogor, Salak Hotel has many facilities starting from the spa, restaurant, bar etc.
A valuable experience can be weekly at the Salak hotel because there I get a lot of knowledge about how to work in the kitchen, I am weekly at the Salak hotel with 4 of my other friends. We are divided into sections starting from the hot kichen, cold kitchen and kanari kitchen, Our job there is to prepare all the ingredients for breakfast, lunch and dinner.
the working atmosphere there is very exciting, all the chefs are very good, and the most fun there we can try lots of food cooked from korean fried rice, goat curry, goat soup, french fries,napolitan spaghetti and many more, the exciting atmosphere there makes the work feel very easy.
many stories there even though one week for example,take part in the Salak Cup futsal tournament with the kitchen team,despite failing to become a champion all cried when cutting onions, often in butchers because the atmosphere was cold until the last day we were invited to take a photo with chef at the restaurant but we couldn't because it was too late, the experience that was ever weekly there

I was weekly in Salak tower hotel in front office department. Salak tower hotel is located in Salak street, beside Upnormal Restaurant. First day i start my weekly, i meet HRD assistant, and start to be a concierge and bellgirl. Literally, Salak tower hotel is not really full, but so many persons and company that meeting there. I must know what company was meeting, where they meeting and how long they meeting. In concierge too, I must answer the call from guest in telephone.
In front office department, i meet guest directly everyday. I was fun at salak tower hotel because my supervisor and my senior so kind, my supervisor's name is Mr bayu and my senior name is Sadli, Fauzi and Fiqri. I learn so many things there. I learn about the guest's habit. I was tired when I weekly because I stand from 8am until 4pm. I learn too about how to handling guest's comment. I was meet a funny guest. He ask me about "where is the restroom miss? " and then I told him that restroom is right from him. And then he say to me "I was ask raisa (robot hospitality in salak tower) to accompany me to the restroom but she don't want" and then he just go leave me. And I was handling guest that ask me where is the meeting room for her company, but in schedule, her company not available. in actuality she was meeting in Hotel salak the heritage

Last week, i was weekly in kluwih sunda authentic restaurant and I choose service department. the location kluwih restaurant in the binamarga street bogor. Right there very fancy and traditional sundanese restaurant. I had prepared everything before i went to weekly. When it first began, I am very nervous and how not to be nervous? Hehe. But it turns in there I'm taught by the staff there are so friendly and kind. I also have to memorize all the menu in kluwih resto. At first I hesitate and do not believe themselves to talk to somebody else, but, I'm more confident and sure that I can do it.

After that, I started to do service to a few tables, which initially only one and then a few tables. I worked 8 hours and time to break only takes one hour. When i worked I don't come to work for two days, because of family events.
At the time of my last day, i worked hard but I was so upset with manager in there because I'd have to go back weekly later. 😡😡😡

Last week i was weekly ini kluwih sunda restaurant and i choose kitchen section. Last week i had my first weekly in camora eat and drink for 5 days. It's located at indaprasta, camora have indoor and outdoor smoking room, open bar, free wifi, 2 floor and rooftop. I was in the service section of that restaurant, when i was first came, i was interviewed by the supervisor, Mr. Dennis.

After that, i started learning the sequence of service in that restaurant and also how to serve food and drinks to the customer. Everything was going fine and smooth until on saturday 15 december i accidently spill some hot coffee to the owner of the restaurant, but fortunately the owner was very kind that he wasn't mad. He even told me that it was okay because he said it was common for beginers. He also told me that next time i need to learn more about hold up the tray. In the end i am glad to have all those experience.

Last week, on monday 10th of december I had my first weekly in Salak Tower Hotel. I weekly from monday until friday. Salak Tower Hotel located on salak street no. 38-40 and Salak Tower Hotel is near from Warung Upnormal. This hotel had facilities such as, swimming pool, wifi, business center, fitnes center, meeting room etc. Bogor city had a lot culinary area and tourist attraction with easy access to Jagorawi.
I am weekly in the housekeeping room. On the first day I gathered in the basement, I met Pak Tegar, and was escorted by Mr. Tegar went to the 15th floor of the housekeeping office. There I met with the housekeeping coordinator, then I was assigned to the 20th floor with my partner, Miss Maya, and immediately got a suite room. Then I was taught starting from dusting, vacuum carpeting, and cleaning toilets and memorizing aminities in the suite room.
The next day I was assigned randomly on a different floor with a different partner. The next day I learned making bed, and many other things. My first Weekly is quite tiring, because weekly in the housekeeping section must be fast and neat. And I study for team work with my partner.

My name is Nadia Khaerani and I want to tell a story about my weekly experience at Hotel Salak the Heritage last week.
Hotel Salak the Heritage has a four stars and the building is on Ir. H. Juanda Street, near from the house of president in bogor.
I choose F&B Service, because I want learn more about service and I want to know SOP from this hotel.
My first day I'm in charge at Binenhoff Restaurant and so many guests come:( I'm only taking a half-hour while my friends break an hour. I don't think that's fair right.
And second day too...
Miss Farhana said Binenhoff is the busiest restaurant than others. Salak Hotel the Heritage has four restaurants is a Kanari Cafe, Binenhoff Restaurant, Denhaak Restaurant and Raffles Lounge.
Day three and fourth I'm late coming a few minutes, I know that's a bad habit:( I wish I could chance that from now.
The last day I thought there was no problem:)
As long as I'm there, I came to the kitchen Sometimes only to encourage my classmates, refill the food or drank something in there.
I also like to spend break time with my friends in housekeeping section.

Last week, I do my first weekly activity at Kluwih Sundanese Authentic Restaurant as a Food and Beverage service. Of course, I have a nerve feeling on my first day, because this is my first time I have to do a work in a real work place. As time went on, I began to get used to carrying out the tasks in that restaurant. Of course its not an easy job to do, but the important thing is, I can serve the guest who came to the restaurant with the hospitality that I've learned from the campus.

The atmosphere of the restaurant felt so good. The senior from the restaurant are very kind, and they want to teach me what needs to be done as long the work time must do. After my weekly practice's over, I felt like I earned more knowledge how to serve the guests in the restaurant properly.

The lesson that I took from the last weekly activity was, it turned out that the work was not easy, and tired, we also have to be able to appreciate someone's hard work, like not littering.

I was weekly in salak hotel heritage
The first day i was very nervous, and i cut my hand for the first time when i was slincing the carrot, on the second day everything was so smooth and i was not nervous anymore as on the first day and the next day everything was so smooth not as i imagined everything was so smooth without any obstacles. I am very happy to meet all the employees who are very good and do not differentiate us all.
In the kitchen department, i think weekly is very stressful but it’s not true, i was taught how to cut, and what kind of pieces for vegetables. And on our last weekly day, they were very sorry that this was the last day we met them. They are all verry good without exception.

I want to tell u about my first weekly at Salak Tower Hotel,it's for 5 days.

Ok,so now i want to tell u about my story during weekly.

I choose Front Office Departement
When i was came there,the hotel are full with meeting. So i stayed in GRO Table to gave an information to the guest if they're asked me about the meeting room.
Mostly,my job is just gave an information to the guest,like where's the meeting room,rest room,restaurant,and other.

Sometimes i handled a guest complain,and i had some experience about that,
There are a guest who want to used meeting room,but the meeting room not ready,and they're coplaining to the manager at the lobby,and the guest are so angry.and another guest like just staring at me it's like they're want to ask me like " ! what's happen?"

But,i had new friends,and the staff are so kind. I love it! Even i made a mistake they're never mad,they're just told me for the right way

For my first weekly i chose to be in the bar section at Camorra Eat and Drink. This restaurant is located in pandu raya street.There are five people who owns this restaurant, and some of them comes often. Camoora serves western food, mocktails, coffees and others.

I learned a lot from my first weekly. At first i didn't really know much about bar but the head bar was nice enough to taught me about the basic knowledge in bar. Even though i wasn't allow to use the coffee machine i was given quite a lot of responsibilities. I learned about how to be discipline, punctuality, and also the work environment. I'm happy that i've experienced it all and i feel grateful for the people in camorra who have helped me.

Hi, I'm Jeafen. How do you guys do? I hope we all still survive till this point 😊

I don't know whether you guys will open this website again or not, but I'd like to tell you about my training experience in Bali. It's been 2 months since the first time i work in Intercontinental Bali Resort. I work at front office department for 6 months, so I'll be here for another 4 months. Only two months, but it's already feels like quite a journey. One of the hardest thing to live here is adapting myself to new culture, especially language. Sometimes it's really hard to understand what people are trying to say because obviously i don't understand balinese and i'm not a good language learner either. It was really hard, but gradually i learn a few words. Though it doesn't help much, but it makes me more blend in with people right here than i used to be.

On the first one month, i worked as a bell boy here. All the staff here are kind, nice, and makes a lot of jokes. But since there is a language barrier, i don't understand their jokes. What i respect from them is they are really patient when teach me lessons no matter how many times i failed (i tend to forgot things to do for the first several times until i learned from my mistake). My jobdesk here are welcome guest, hit the welcome gong, make check in luggage tag and assist the guest to keep their luggage at our storage, escort guest to the check in counter, prepare welcome drink if all the GRO is busy, escort guest to the room, explain resort facilities on the way to the room, explain the room, collect guest's luggage from the room upon check out, make luggage tag when guest want to keep their luggage at our storage, keep the luggage in the luggage storage, give back the luggage to the guest, do room drop if there is a souvenir for group check in, record the data of escort check in/check out(collect luggage)/room change/other errands, record and deliver newspaper to a certain area, collect old newspaper also store it, clean trolley once a week for morning shift, call taxi with car call for guest (since we have local taxi stand by at the parking area), offer assistance to guest whenever they looks confused or look like they need help, also maintain the cleanliness of our working area. Besides that, there are two job desk of a bell boy that until now i can't do which are drive buggy to escort guest to villa retreat (the hotel's villa) and drive car for vallet. What i like from being a bell boy (besides the tip hehehe) is that we can assist guest directly without too much system and pressure. That makes me have more freedom in having conversation with guest.

Overall it was a nice experience to be a bell boy. Next time i will tell you my story of being a GRO (my second section). Thank you for reading my story this far.
