I can understand the planes of movement alot better after this unit because of the coloring page that we used. I feel like the coloring helped me visualize the planes better. Also, the quizzes helped a lot with me understanding it because it re enforced the topic.

Going though the different characteristics as a class really helped me understand this better. Coloring and labeling the picture that you passed out helped me visualize the characteristics. The notes that we did on the side also helped a lot with this.

Doing the padlet and the taping on other people helped me learn how to tape well. Also, watching Mrs.Pila do the taping first helped me learn how to do it properly. Doing the padlets and working on friends helped me learn how to do the taping properly and effectivley. This experience made me learn how to tape more effectivley.

It also helped me see the mistakes that i made while doing them, and what I needed to improve to do them perfectly. Grading my peers on how they preformed on the universal precautions helped me perfect my skills because I saw the mistakes that others were making while preforming these tasks and correcting myself and them as they were doing these tasks.

Many people have told me that they are very similar, but after doing this project I realized that there is a large number of differences between the two Sports Medicine Professions.
