Women rights was passed with the 19th amendment 

Act of 1918 was presented for women and children of District of Columbia to fix minimum wages 

Muller Case called for women to work no more then 10hrs during any day was upheld

women and men have diffrent physical strcture especially "in respect of maternal functions", 

women have always depended upon men which establish control over superior physical strength 

women called for the same qual rights as men did although women were seen diffrenty then men 

in the way that they were both built differently physically which meant they would work in different environments for certain amount of time
