2. Have regular Tsunami / Earthquake drills in school so that the students will know what to do when a Tsunami / Earthquake hits.
3. Have the people to have their houses / buildings made out of flexible things such as bamboo instead of hard things such as brick so that when a Tsunami / Earthquake strikes, people who are trapped inside the houses / buildings won't get damaged that much.
4. If your at the beach or somewhere at the coast and see the sea level receding, evacuate the people in that area immediately because it's a sign that a Tsunami will strike

1) Have necessary Earthquake/Tsunami warning and alert systems to allow the people/civilians to quickly evacuate the area to prevent further accidents from happening
