The principal objective of any company is to increase performance. 

 
Improved working conditions can lead to an increase in performance. 

 
Happy and motivated employees could perform better than stressed employees. 

My company uses flexible hours but I don't thing unlimited holidays would be accepted in French companies, with the exception of start-ups

For the employer, he has to motivate team but if an employee thinks he has less holidays than an other employee he can sue the company

It's a system that an employee after has do every objectives, can takes holidays when he wants and during the time he wants.

This system begin to come in France with the comany « Indeed »

The benefit of the unlimited holiday is employees are less stress and more performantt hanks to this system

Company that have tried this system for holidays are satisfied because the turnover of the company is good and everybody respect a limit. 

The disavandtage of unlimited holiday is it's cost money for the company to organize that.

The team must also be united in order to be able to organize

I think it can be a good system for some companies

Hello all

Please let me introduce myself, I'm Mary, I have just been appointed A as the Wellbeing manager.  I started B last month and would C like to improve our work place as soon as possible.  As this company is much bigger than D my last company I would E like to organise a national competition.

You may F already know that  am working G as part of the HR team to improve company performance in line with our global strategy.

As you are H all no doubt aware H,  happy and healthy employees are more productive at work, so I'm looking for ideas that we could I implement both at Head Office here in London (300 employees) and in our production and warehousing facilities around the country (7 sites, up to 50 employees at each site).
