During my five-day visit to Poland with the Erasmus program and accompanied by two teachers, I was mesmerized by the country's beauty and vibrant atmosphere. From exploring historical sites to indulging in local cuisine, every moment was filled with excitement. Staying with a hospitable Polish family enhanced my experience, as they warmly welcomed me into their home and went above and beyond to ensure I felt comfortable and cared for, making me feel like a part of their family. Overall, my time in Poland was unforgettable, filled with enriching experiences and fond memories that I will cherish for years to come.

We couldn't wait to go to Poland for the erasmus + programme. The people there were very kind, hospitable and loving. They made us feel comfortable and enjoy our stay even more. We met wonderful places and learned their interesting stories. The activities we did with the Polish students built unbreakable friendships. I liked the food and loved the guy who hosted me. Cuba. I wish we could stay more

On December 4 2024, I, along with the Greek Erasmus+

team, travelled to a small town in Poland, Puławy. There

we were accommodated by Polish host families that were

responsible for our transport some of our meals as well as

our need to feel welcome. I think, at least in my case, they

did a really good job at this, constantly trying to fulfill all of

our needs but at the same time not changing the way they

are used to live.

Personally I liked that because I was able to experience firsthand the Polish culture and compare it to my own. More generally, the program kept us constantly busy with activities and made sure we communicate and cooperate with the other students from abroad. Overall I think it was a wonderful experience and

there’s absolutely no reason for someone not to try it.

Visiting a foreign country like Poland was an experience of a lifetime! In my opinion, getting to meet people from different countries and making new memories with new friends was the factor that made my five-day stay unforgettable.

I had the chance to live with people who made me feel welcome from the first time we met, as if they were my own family. In addition, this trip did not only gave me the opportunity to learn more about Polish culture and history by doing exciting activities, but it also provided me with useful educational insights.

All in all, I had a great time visiting Poland and I hope I can recapture such an experience again, in the near future!

The experience I gained from the Erasmus+ program at Poland was very positive. First I would like to thank all those who worked and gave me the opportunity to travel to another country and meet new people.

Initially the hospitality of the family was excellent and I would like to thank them because they took care of us very well during the days we stayed. As far as school is concerned, it was very big with many students and teachers. I was most impressed by the school’s population especially with the ages of the students who were from 6 to 14 years old and also by the opening ceremony.

Moreover, I really liked that the school had a gym and a swimming pool. The program of activities was very creative. We visited the sights of the local towns and in general we learned about their history. But what left me surprised was

the canyon we visited with the torches and then the campfire that followed in the forest.

During this trip I met many children and teachers who will remain unforgettable to me. We had an amazing time together and I hope to meet them again in the future. By the end of this whole trip, it left me positive impressions

and it’s definitely an experience of a lifetime.
