         <description><![CDATA[<div>1) Some students feel hurt about negative comments made by friends (insensitive remarks)<br><br>2) Some students left out in online activities<br><br>3) Siva: intentionally left out, always alone. Paying less attention in class.<br>Used to be consistent but performance now going downhill.&nbsp;<br>Parents never attended PTM/ None of the teachers have come into contact with the parents.<br><br><br></div>]]></description>

Work with co-FT in working and communicating with parents (not just Siva's) on a more regular basis<br>3. Teaching the class the value of empathy and being kind to others<br>4. Work with other co-FT to come up with a schedule to chit-chat/check-in with every student (come to school earlier, using lessons like Art, PE, etc)<br>5. Buddy system</div>]]></description>

Emphatize with students and model listening skills.<br><br>6) Emphasize and revisit classroom rules (on being sensitive, clear and sensitive tone and intention when talking to each other)<br><br><br></div>]]></description>
