2) Some students left out in online activities

3) Siva: intentionally left out, always alone. Paying less attention in class.
Used to be consistent but performance now going downhill. 
Parents never attended PTM/ None of the teachers have come into contact with the parents.

2. Issues with Siva spill over into other areas like academic performance

2) Communicate more frequently with parents (even and especially positive news/ good performance.) Touch base regularly

3) Monitor online activities

4) Form teachers group students so they can manage  

5) Be more approachable and friendly/ body language. Emphatize with students and model listening skills.

6) Emphasize and revisit classroom rules (on being sensitive, clear and sensitive tone and intention when talking to each other)
