The fact is, I have gained new tools to achieve my projects and lower my anxiety. 

For example, I used to feel frustrated when I did not achieve my goals. Once I watched a video where Yokoi explains the Daruma technique. The next day, I bought a daruma for amazon and when I feel myself to fail in my process.
