Idea 2: If you had more money than other people it could be like taking someone's eye  and being poor the person could take their eye but if you were rich you could pay gold or other things instead of an eye.

Idea 3: When the laws were made they were not made fair because sometimes the richer could pay tons of money to go into other things.

Idea 4:A slavery law that is very important if you are someone on the other side of war you get sold to someone to work for them for 3 years. 

Idea 5:The government had a pyramid like system of people and that is how the people would be charged of murder or other things.

Idea 5: The Mesopotamia earliest government was Sumer and Babylonian; they had the earliest recorded government ever in Mesopotamia.  

Idea 6:And also Hammurabi used a god named Marduk so that nobody dared to attack Babylon because they did not want to anger the god.

Idea 7: Another thing about religion: if you are caught stealing something from the temple or a holy site you are put to death no matter your class. 

Idea 8: Some places looked at crimes differently than others. For example Assyrian laws show that nobody was higher than the king. But in the Babylonians one of the laws showed that everybody was treated the same.

The Akkadian language took the place of Sumerian and continued to be the primary language of the region into the Babylonian and Assyrian Empire. 

There were three different languages,  Sumerian, Babylonian, and Assyrian, all of them together are know as Akkadian.

Government is a system that Creates Laws, Provides safety to the Army, Improves quality of life and provides common needs for its people, Government also gives people the opportunity to have good Jobs invent things and use resources. 

How Government affects Mesopotamia

Mesopotamia or Sumer has many different jobs like collecting crops, farming and more but these jobs came because of the Government and that is also exactly how many other things came to Sumer like rules and right from wrong. Some other examples of Government in Mesopotamia are that the Babylonian king Hammurabi created a detailed system of 282 laws called the code of hammurabi. 

 Cuneiform would be considered the way language was written but not a specific language in Mesopotamia. People used cuneiform to write, cuneiform is a piece of writing on a piece of wet clay and people would press down to form. Cuneiform used to be pictures of things that acted as words but soon they made it as words which then made a language. There are 2 more languages the Babylonian language and the Assyrian language. The Babylonian language was Hammurabi’s code of law. And the Assyrian language was an ancient Semitic language that was talked in ancient Mesopotamia.

 -People in Mesopotamia made beautiful houses that some people would consist art. The bricks they used for these houses were made out of sun baked bricks. The houses could get very tall and would last a very long time. 

  -In Mesopotamia carpenters were very important to Mesopotamia. They made everyday useful items like dishes, pots, clothing, baskets, boats, and weapons. They also created works of art meant to glorify the gods and the king.

-The Assyrians were one of the major peoples to live in Mesopotamia during ancient times. They lived in northern Mesopotamia near the start of the Tigris and Euphrates Rivers. The Assyrian Empire rose and fell several times throughout history.

For enter-tenement they would listen to music going to festivals. they also like sports such as boxing and wrestling as well as board games of chance including dice.

They worshiped several main gods and thousands of minor gods.
