The development and well-being of children depends on the combined efforts from parents, teachers, and the government. Parent are the primary caregivers, providing love and guidance. Teachers build the foundation of success, while government plays a crucial role in creating policies and provide resourses which will help the children. When this three forces collaborate the result will be a confident, responsibile indiviuals. In depth, we will see the role and responsibilites of the caregivers towards children's health, safety, resilience, and education.

In conclusion, the role of parents, teachers, the government are all interconnected to provide the children with the support and the well-being they needed. The role of the caregivers that they share the same goal which is create supportive enviroment where the child can thrive. Parent are the number one in educate children, they teach them moral behavior so that they respect everyone especially parents. For children's education, parents role is attending school events such as parents meeting to communicate with the teacher about their children progress. Parent play crucial role in promoting health to children by providing healthy balanced diet full with nutrient, teaching their children sleep hygiene like brushing their teeth before sleeping to avoid tooth decay. They also can encourage physical health by taking their children daily out for walk around the neighbourhood. Parents are essential in ensuring their children's safety by creating a safe environment in home, so that children can explore their environment with less harm. Parents also must be sure to know where the child is and with who. Sometimes parent should not be involved in their child decision because they will then grow up and they can't make a decision without their parent. So, let them know it's fine to make mistake so that they learn from it, let them think and make decisions by their own so that they can handle different situations. Parent also shouldn't say yes to every child wishes, which will lead then to lack of patience and resiliency.

Teachers play an important role in educate children. Not only by teaching them but also supporting the love of learning. Teachers role is to provide the children with the lesson plan and schedule, mentoring students, and Teach them how to use their knowledge in their lives (Admin, n.d.). Furthermore, educators must share the children progress to their parents. Teachers are a good source of health information for students. They can provide hand-on activities so children can understand better and teach them personal hygiene such as, washing hands and brushing teeth. If one of the student suffer from any disease like flu or pink eye, her responsibility is to inform the school nurse to call the parent so the child stays at home to stop spreading the disease between the children. For safety, teacher should provide a safe classroom environment for example, hide the harmful materials like scissors or make it out of child's sight. For the kids physical safety teachers should report the police if she see any signs, symptoms, or neglect in a child. In addition, teachers should teach the children about safety skills so that they can protect themselves which include personal space and boundaries. Resilience is basically the ability to bounce back, teachers role is to help children know that is it okay to do mistakes and give the students opportunities to solve problems by themselves. Also, educators teach children problem solving skills, to let them use these skills to solve their own problems.

One of the key roles of government is to build schools, as part of their responsibility to provide quality education to all children and ensure all children have access to education. Furthur more, governments must provide support for children with disabilities and special learning needs. The government do all the best thing to see the citizens healthy for example, in the UAE, the Government mandates vaccinations to children from the time they are born to the time they reach Grade 11 to prevent any disease to appear. Also, Government should provide the school with the nutritional food and snackes to ensure children receive healthy food. Every country or government must make rules or laws that protect the children's right like wadeema's law in the UAE. Also, provide safe play area where the children can feel safe when they play and express their energy in a safe place. Governments must ensure that schools are safe, supportive, and free from bullying. Governments should provide accessible mental health services for children in school to help children build their resiliency.
