-it is overwhelming at times when trying to manage the challenges of being a new(ish) teacher as well as all of the new covid protocols etc.

- Thankful that we are supporting each other as best we can given the protocols
- Thankful that timetable changes have finished and we can proceed with our classes without catching people up
- Tired, overwhelmed at times with changing rules and giving kids frequent reminders to follow the rules; concerned that kids are hearing our reminders so often that they are now hearing it as background noise.
- concerned about the mixed messages we are all getting because school rules do not align with rules in the public areas - it's confusing for all of us when rules do not align

-happy for the four period days this semester, but wish we had MSIP
-frustrated-lack of effort from some students and the constant third/fourth chances we are giving some students
-challenge - transition from hybrid to in class - some students feel they should be allowed to stay home and still complete work from there
-still being overloaded with new initiatives just as begin to adjust to the current situation we are in
-isolated, as we try and meet student needs at lunch and after school we are cut off from colleagues
