They need to be for the people and not for self.  They need to be humble and not boast on past accomplishments or insult the the competitor.  They need to have common sense and great problem solving skills. They have to be quick on there feet and be willing to hear all opinions of the people. Electing the official needs to beneficial to the country. They need to be communitive will all forms of officials so it does lead to disagreements.
