- I chose this skill because Thomas Frank claimed it was "the most powerful way to remember what you study".
- By incorporating this skill I hope to improve my study habits and ultimately my grades.
- Step 1: Make a study plan to avoid cramming.
- Step 2: Review all or some of the content on the first day, and allow yourself to forget some of it.
- Step 3: Use the spacing effect by repeating your study over a period of time, with longer being better.

- I chose this skill because it has proved useful for me in the past, especially in AP Gov.
- By incorporating this skill I hope to remember the information I am studying better.
- Step 1: First check to see if there are already quizzes available, like on quizlet.
- Step 2: If there are, make use of them, and if there aren't, then make one.
- Step 3: If you had to make a test, study it after creating it. You may remember the material better if you had to make the quiz yourself.

- I chose this skill because I have never heard of it before and the psychology behind it seems promising.
- By incorporating this skill I hope to become a better studier and improve my ability to remember information for tests.
- Step 1: Find out what the test conditions will be like.
- Step 2: Recreate the test conditions to the best of your ability.
- Step 3: Study the material in a way that's similar to the way you will be tested (i.e. use a timed practice test if you are taking a timed test).
