It’s been a pleasure working with you over the past year. I’ve learned so much from you, both professionally and personally. When I stepped into this role, I had a lot of things to learn especially with limited background in data analytics. You always led with patience and struck the perfect balance between structure and warmth, which made all the difference. Because of you, I've learned how I would like to carry forward as a leader and you are someone I truly look up to.

Beyond work, you’re a caring individual who genuinely looks out for the people around you. For your first time managing, you’ve done an incredible job, and I know anyone who works under you will be in the best hands.

Doordash won't be the same without you but I wish you nothing but the best in your next chapter. I’m looking forward to staying in touch! <3 Until we meet again

I don't even know where to begin to say goodbye. From when I first joined Mx you were the emotional core of the team. Whether planning the best offsites, keeping the team's head up as we were going through the ringer, or ensuring that Bevvy gets an outsized amount of sales from DD people, you've been a massive part of what makes Team Canada incredible. While I'm incredibly excited for you to go an tackle new problems, you'll be deeply missed. Chloe! I still cannot believe this 1 year and half ride with you will be ending soon. You're one of folks that welcomed me to the selection team with great passion when I first joined our team.

Looking back, you've been a professional colleague, a hard-working fighter, a mx selection encyclopedia. And I truly learnt so so much from you and also received so so much support from you during busiest time with hardship.

Wherever you go for your next career chapter, they are always so lucky to have you. And I have no doubt that you will keep shining and fighting as you did in the past with huge success.

Crazy to think it's been only a year plus that we've been working together, as it feels like we've chatted every day for years at this point (never forget our day with 8 meetings together).

In that time it's been a pleasure to get to know you both professionally and personally. You've always done an amazing job of keeping a cool head when things got crazy, of bringing outside perspective when it was lasting, and always being willing to hear everyone's feedback. You will be sorely missed on Team CAN, both in our day to day as well as at our offsites. That being said, I want you to know that you are leaving CAN in a better place than you found it and have paved the way for us to do great things in the future. I know I'll see you at some point, but otherwise don't be a stranger!
