One of the scenes that has stuck with me was the news scene that showed the closure of the GM (General Motors) manufacturing plant in Detroit of which the responses from the chairman to the workers discuss the consequences of this closure. Eventually Detroit declines into the modern-day region of the "Rust Belt" as GM moved their manufacturing plant to countries with cheap labor.

One scene that stuck with me was they wouldn't let Moore speak to Roger Smith. They said they would contact Moore and they never did. He called, he wrote to them, and has been there before. He has been waiting for about a year and they didn’t do anything. This stuck with me because why wouldn’t Roger Smith want to help the people.

1.) Why does the film necessarily show what life is like for the lower class while also weighing in the upper classes opinions?

2.) One scene that stuck out to me would be the one when the narrator is informing us what is happening back in Flint while he is on the search to speak with Roger. In the scene he says how the people are being entertained by the diving donkeys, which caught me off guard but made me laugh along with it.

One question I have is why did it take a cameracrew to make the evictor let the woman who was doing her roof stay? Why did she have to get kicked out 3 days later?

A scene that really stuck with me from the film was the interview with Ms.Michigan. In my opinion she seemed very uncomfortable and it made the interview very awkward and you can definitely tell that she didn’t seem to give her real opinion because she was going on Ms.America. I thought it was very funny and ironic that she won too
