         <description><![CDATA[<p>One of the scenes that has stuck with me was the news scene that showed the closure of the GM (General Motors) manufacturing plant in Detroit of which the responses from the chairman to the workers discuss the consequences of this closure. Eventually Detroit declines into the modern-day region of the "Rust Belt" as GM moved their manufacturing plant to countries with cheap labor.</p>]]></description>
