The nurse is also annoying Lady Capulet because she wont stop talking. Lady Capulet tells her to stop by saying "Enough of this. I pray thee, hold thy peace".
There is internal conflict with Juliet because she has to make up her mind whether she wants happiness for her family by marring Paris or whether she wants to do it for her own happiness. We can see this when Juliet says "I'll look to like if looking liking move. But no more deep will I endart mine eye Than your consent gives strength to make it fly"

The physical conflict is brought on by the internal conflict of romeo seeing his wife 'dead', and after drinking the poison Juliet wakes to find him dead, she takes her own life in response to this. The Friar is also distressed after finding Romeo dead because it had been his idea to fake Juliet's death, blaming himself for his death. After the death of the two lovers the continued conflict between the houses of Montague and Capulet is resolved in order to honour Romeo and Juliet.
