He studied at the Ecole Nationale superieur des beaux arts of Paris. For the past 20 years the artist installs Space Invaders made of tiles and setup in mosaïc on walls in big cities and even space. His nickname and the style of his artwork comes from a videogame dating back to 1978 called Space Invaders . In order to keep his anonymity,  this artist has decided to appear with a mask on his face during his interviews. His artwork is often setup without any prior  argreement from authorities. His artistic approach started the day Invader installed the first space invaders in a street in Paris close to place de la Bastille. Paris is considered as the cradle of the invasion, it's where there is the highest concentration of the "Urban Virus". Invader considers himself like a hacker of public space. There are more than 3589 Sapce Invaders in the world today . The three major points of the artist are: the encounter between the mosaïc and the pixel , the transposition  of a video game and the real world and also the worldwide invasion of space invaders:
