Christopher has said that he doesn't really suffer from this disease he seems to be at peace with it and sharing his art and experiences is what the voices/faces want. All the power that went to his head could not help him win in the end. When I look at this picture I can't help but think of someone in a dull world bursting with creativity. We can infer that not everyone else is like this in his world hence the black and white tone which leads me to also believe that he'd be classified as having HDHD or some other kind of disorder.
