Uni students going also late regardless of how early they leave their house and finally people going to work late also. Most importantly people who need to go the hospital urgently.

Taxi drivers :
- Uber and careem have been taking up most of the market share
- Uber and careem drivers dont pay taxes and get some sort of special treatment when entering places to pick up customers
- Taxi drivers dont make enough money
- Traffic is a major problem
- rules are not imposed
- there are no drop off/pick up points to any public transportation
- licenses are not given legally
- some cars are working out of place for example a car that should be working in alexandria is working in cairo
- Buses do not respect the rules and dont have any drop off and pick up points as well
- no fines are imposed for second lane parking
- compared developed countries to egypt and how there are rules for everything and how after a certain hour there are very few cars on the street
- developed countries are obedient to the rules
- driving school in egypt are not imposed correctly meaning that they take bribes to finish a service or licenses
- Taxi drivers say no to customers because the customer chooses places where there is no good infrastructure, no rules so if they get hit no one is responsible etc.
- The taxi meter could go down but car spare part prices should decrease in return
- Taxi drivers syndicate do not work in interest of taxi drivers and do not help them with the services that they should receive

hen we pitched our idea last Thursday. we found out a couple of problems. First thing was the name no one had though that "Wasalny" was a name of an app already so we had to make a couple of changes. Moreover, in the feedback a lot of people thought this was an app like Uber and Careem so we might have to make our self more clear next time.
