I would suggest a graduate teacher should discuss this situation with their mentor teacher and it can be escalated to the welfare team.  A tricky one that is best judged on individual circumstances with the support of the welfare team.&nbsp;</div>]]></description>

         <description><![CDATA[<div>Acknowledge their observation and then move into a discussion about the differences we see in various people. Height, hair colour and texture (long, curly, thin, thick, frizzy), skin colour, facial hair, sound of voice, difference between boys and girls. Discovering the similarities (ie. Fred and Molly both have red hair), but also discussing the differences (but they are different because Fred is a boy and Molly is a girl) reinforcing that it's ok to be different.</div>]]></description>
