         <description><![CDATA[<div><br>Wait time is the time that a teacher pauses between asking a question and expecting an answer.&nbsp;<br><br>Polling technologies with a self pace mode can be used to allow students to answer questions at their own speed.<br><br>Use the data gained from the amount of time it takes for students to answer different questions to find out what areas or question types that students struggle with. Use this information to target interventions or to measure growth. </div>]]></description>
