It became hard to feel the connection for the people outside, those we had back when there was no pandemic. We tried our best to engage ourselves in other things that can help us feel productive again or solely for entertainment. However, pondering on our thoughts helped us realize many things about life.
Being on quarantine for almost five months taught us many things we have not heard from school often. One of those is that trimming one's hair every three months promotes healthy hair as it grows. As the girl in the picture trims her hair, she realized that it is not just her hair who needs to be healthy but also her mental and emotional health. Like trimming the hair now and then for that healthier shine, cutting irritating, unsupportive, unhealthy, and harmful -- or in short, toxic people for you, whenever you're pondering and reflecting on your thoughts, will evidently give you peace of mind and a pleasant glow in life.
