The teachers have bought into the vision and believe that integrating technology into their instruction is critical. Microsoft, Google, IBM, Nearpod, Flipgrid, and EdPuzzle (and MORE!) are programs that offer micro-credentialing. They also offer badges! We should encourage our staff to seek PD that is relevant to their content area and offer digital badges for completion. These badges could earn them rewards. This strategy should also be used with scholars to challenge them to grow.
