         <description><![CDATA[<div>During the Industrial Revolution the working class suffered the most. The working class lived in crowded and poor houses. With poverty, also came disease, hunger, and everyone working. Many didn't have much to eat leading some to starve. Some if not all of the members of a family would work and get separated. Due to harsh conditions children suffered a lot, too.&nbsp;</div>]]></description>

The financial crisis lasted form 1873 to 1877 or 1879 in France and Britain. In Britain, it was called the,"Long Depression", resulting in a weakened economic leadership of the country. In American, it was known as the Great Depression which lasted til the events of 1929 and 1930 set new standards.</div>]]></description>

He sought to improve industrialization efficiently. He became one of the first management consultants. Between 1856-1915, Mr. Taylor became a proponent leading of Scientific Management.</div>]]></description>

Knights of Labor, Also known as Noble and Holy Order of the Knights of Labor, was an American labor federation happening through out the 19th century, most importantly during the 1880s. It operated in the United States as well in Canada, and had chapters also in Great Britain and Australia. Its most important leader was Terence V. Powderly. Terence Vincent Powderly was a politician, attorney, and an American labor union leader, best known as head of the Knights of Labor in the late 1880s. Born in Carbondale, Pennsylvania.</div>]]></description>
