Teacher: the one who mold students to become who they want to be in the future. Someone who guides and supports students to make the best life decision. They give students the knowledge on what they need to learn. They also inspire us students to be like them. Teachers are no one who provides lifelong learning.

Learner: our students who strive for more knowledge. They have a strong desire from the state of not knowing all the way to knowing. Learners refers to us students who want to learn something. This is someone who has a quest for knowledge and is always seeking to learn from anything and anyone.

Learner Centered School: this means that the institution which is the school gives importance to the learning of each student. Both teachers and students are committed to education. This helps students to develop their skills just for example the teamwork, cooperation, decision making, and problem solving.

Teaching Learning Process: it is the process of learning of students towards the teaching of teachers. Teachers use different teaching and learning methods to transform us students to young professionals. They tend to let students participate in every activity so this can help us students develop our decision making skills.

The words that I had chosen that relates to a Learner Centered Teaching are Motivation, Skills, Abilities, Understanding, Achievement, Uniqueness, Interest, Experience, Influence, and Development. The reason why I chose those is because Learner Centered Teaching is the one who develops our inner self. It helps us enhance our skills, abilities, and influence us with the things that are for us to learn. It provides us different opportunities in which we can experience later on. The teachers are the one who motivates us, to strive hard in order for us to achieve success that we deserve.

I chose the shape of the bulb with a circle surrounding it because for me the bulb represents our brain and it is surrounded with a lot of knowledge and ideas. I paired it with a black background to emphasize the shape of the bulb. In color psychology, black's color meaning is symbolic of mystery, power, elegance, and sophistication. The font is pacific, I chose it because I love how cute it is and it goes well with my words, shape, and color.

Person Variables

#LearningThroughScanningInformation

We Learners will always be tasked by our Teacher to learn by ourselves. We always tend to search through the internet or go to the library and read a bunch of books. By doing this we learn through our efforts and try to share the knowledge we have learned with others. This makes us students be responsible towards our studies.

Task Variables

#GoBeyondYourBoundaries

Let us identify how hard the given problem is and find a way to solve it. Don't just think of one way to solve it but also think of other ways to solve it in which you can apply your tactics, skills and strategies when solving. In order to accomplish this task we must believe in ourselves and always think beyond your imagination.

Strategy Variables

#DifferentWaysToLearn

It's normal for us learners to be assigned by the teacher to one task. We need to identify how to learn it quickly. For example we were assigned to read a novel but we couldn't understand it. Learners try to find a way to learn not by just reading, so we come up with an idea to just watch the movie of the novel to enable us to understand it well and the task to be accomplished easily. Don't work hard instead work smart.

MODALITY : Face to Face

1. Advantage of Learning
Face to face allows students to have instant gratification with answers and help. We can just ask our fellow students if we can't understand the lesson and copy some notes in which we haven't taken down. When a student is in class they can ask questions while it is fresh on their mind or help with a particular problem.

2. Look into the physical environment
Face-to-face learning is an instructional method where course content and learning material are taught in person to a group of students. students and teachers are inside a classroom where all instructional materials are arranged in a certain place to maximize the learning opportunities and the engagement of every child. This allows for a live interaction between a learner and an instructor.

3. Student development
Face-to-face communication is the distinction of being able to see the other party or parties in a conversation. It allows for a better exchange of information since both speaker and listener are able to see and interpret body language and facial expressions. This can help students to learn easily and gain knowledge because they are able to interact with their classmates and teachers.

4. Challenges of that modalities
Students and Teachers are at high risk taking face to face classes today. As we all know that covid is dangerous. Schools are unable to perform face to face classes on the fear of students may have covid. It's also prohibited to interact with others. It's better to avoid risk than sacrificing ourselves to take face to face classes. Online classes may be hard but we can get through this.

Problem:
The course book she is using is terrible. It is too easy for the students and they get bored easily. She doesn't want to spend hours planning as they don't seem interested anyway.

Possible Reasons:
• Students might have taken that topic in their previous year level.
• Teacher discussion may be too dull and boring.
• Students are not being challenged by the lesson they take.

Solutions:
• Before the class starts, the Teacher should ask her students if they have taken the topic already. So she can change and plan her lesson for the next day. If the topic was already taken up, she might just want to ask questions to her students about the lesson. In this way the brain of the students will be freshen up.

• Teachers may want to start the class by having an energizer first, like making the students dance so this can wake them up for those students who are already sleepy. Teachers can also create Colorful instructional materials that can attract and catch the students attention.

• You can make your lesson into a game. Create jumbled sentences that are related to the lesson and make your students in a group. Then let them guess what that sentence refers to. The first group who can guess will have a bigger point. There are a lot of ways you can think of, so your students will be challenged in your class. A class is not boring if the teacher is creative.
