# Tu Junting: With the development of the Internet, more and more restaurants are becoming popular, like vegetarian restaurants.

And we found a special vegetarian restaurant named Pu Ti Su. It is on Xin Nan road. Many people like eating there because it provides the food from northern and southern parts of China. Pu ti su caters to public tastes and then it becomes more and more popular.

#Henry: But not all restaurants have kept up with the trend, and some outsiders haven’t known more about the city of Chongqing and the hot pot in Chongqing. They may believe that the local people in Chongqing put offal into the hot pot as the food. Outsiders still have old ideas about hotpot rustic, but offal can be seen as a delicacy, and it is ethically important to eat the whole beast and not waste parts. And they don’t want to spend a long time trying hot pot. They want to try as much food as possible in a short time, like some snacks, drinks and so on.

#ZGY&Dream: In Ming Dynasty, the people threw the beef offal on Chao tian men, and some boat trackers picked them up and boiled it with pepper, garlic, ginger and so on. At that time, rich people didn’t want to eat it at all. In 1935, hotpot started to appear in some good restaurants. Then hot pot got more and more popular, and everyone liked to eat it. Now hot pot becomes a symbol of Chongqing. Some famous restaurant used Internet and social media to promote their idea. We interviewed a waiter in a restaurant, and they shared some new ideas with us.

#Coby: As time goes on, CQ continues to change. We want Chongqing’s hot pot to be an important part of our everyday life. So I’d like to show the video about our new hot pot model to you.

#Roberty: We think the dishes in Pu ti su restaurant can attract outsiders to try it, so we designed a new pot of CQ hot pot. We used the the model of boats to substitute traditional dishes, and they can tell the outsiders about the history of hotpot. We also combine the milk tea and hot pot. We make the hot pot like a kind of snack People can enjoy our hot pot as quickly as we enjoy a cup of tea. They don’t spend a lot time eating hot pot. When they are trying our hot pot, they can taste the sweet from milk tea and spicy from hot pot. We believe that through our product, outsiders can know more about CQ hot pot and they may change their idea quickly.
