As we are approaching Rotary Year 2022-23, it is about time for us to start planning for clubs’ district and global grant projects. In order to make your club qualify for 2022-23, your club has to complete the qualification process as detailed below by 30 June 2022:

(1) At least one of your club members has attended the Grant Management Seminar (GMS) held on 27 November 2021. With the Clubs Attendance records attached for your information, please note your club member’s attendance of the upcoming GMS to be held in November 2022 will also be valid. Please therefore ensure that at least one of your members will attend the GMS to be held in November 2022 if your club member has not yet attended the GMS held on 27 November 2021. Please note, however, priority will be given to those clubs that have already been qualified by attending the GMS on 27 November 2021 when considering the district and global grant applications.

(2) Your club has to confirm that your club has opened a bank account which may be used for district grant purpose and the account is controlled by at least 2 Rotarian signatories.to whom should not be directors of the beneficiary projects to avoid conflict of interests. Regarding global grant applications, please be reminded that your club’s bank account should solely be used for global grant purpose.

(3) Your Club President of 2021-22, President of 2022-23 and President of 2023-24 have to sign the Club Memorandum of Understanding (MOU*) 2022-2023 online.
