1-Explain the task- when coming back to collage for year 2 I spoke to Jed about what's going to happen and the units i would be taking.
2-How did this develop your communication skills? It made me feel more comfortable to be able to talk to him
3- What went well? It gave me clear a clear structure of what's going to happen in the year.
4- What could you improve? Maybe ask more questions that could bring the conversation into more detail

 2-How did this develop your communication skills? It gets you speaking to new people. for example when you first join the team you don't know anyone you have to speak to them and get to know what they are about to understand them. also when you are on the pitch you need to have clear communications to give instructions out to the team.
