I can relate to this I have a few times I did something small that had a big effect. One time when I was little I was running around the house and then I stopped and put my hands on the stove that was on and then it burned me and I had to go to the hospital and get treatment for like weeks and I had to rub stuff to make it a little better and it as a second degree burn and I was I think 6. This is kind of relatable to Eckels situation because I did somthing small that had a big effect. One could say it is a domino effect. When you have an action there is always a re-action. It can be good or bad.  Let's explore the action and re-action by using our story, my personal experience, and historical fact. The story short story, Sound of Thunder, has the main character, Eckels, who caused a major chain reaction in his universe. Eckels stepped off the path because of his own fear. In the story, he was given direct orders to stay on the path.  Based on his actions he altered the universe.  The text show the language difference by  stating, "TYME SEFARI INC. SEFARIS TU ANY YEER EN THE PAST. YU NAIM THE ANIMALL. WEE TAEKYUTHAIR. YU SHOOT ITT."  It is obvious language is different all because he stepped on a butterfly.  Also, the text show that the president has changed by having the front desk man state, “You joking? You know very well. Deutscher, of course! Who else?"  Again, his actions a domino effect. My personal experience was when my cousin wanted to swing me around on Fathers day. As He swung me around I hit head on the table. My action resulted in staples in my head. Again, this is an example of action and re-action.  Finally, in history, an example of re-action and action is when Henry Ford mass produced automobiles . Because of his action history changed the way we do business, travel, and communication.     In the context of the text a benefit for man to be able to time travel is to hunt bigger and better prey, as stated from the text ““I’ve hunted tiger, wild boar, buffalo, elephant, but now, this is it,” said Eckels. “I’m shaking like a kid.” He is shaking like a child because he has only hunted smaller animals than a dinosaur. The coast for man to time travel is that any little disruption in the past will change the future. As stated in the text “A Time Machine is finicky's business. Not knowing it, we might kill an important animal, a small bird, a roach, a flower even, thus destroying an important link in a growing species.” One small thing like killing a roach can deeply impact the future of earth. That is how time travel benefits and cost man in the context of the text. The internet is a type of technology that is too powerful to use without regulations. In the text “The Good The Bad And the Ugly of The Internet” states “ “Some are evil, some just unfortunate, but most of the dark web is filled with a black market that makes available goods and services that the average person has no use for. Murder for hire? Check. Drug catalogues? Check. Hacking resources? Check. It’s essentially an anti-social person’s playground filled with hate and illegal material. “ This is just some of the many things that are located on the internet. This is why the internet is a type of technology that is too powerful to use without regulations. I believe that all technologies should be accessible to humans. I believe this because advancements in technologies could greatly help earth with some of the world problems we have now. And these advancements should be shared with the world. This is why I think all technologies should be accessible to humans.
