When the twin towers were struck by the planes there were people going about their daily activities. When the planes flew into the towers people were instantly struck with fears, the thoughts that come to peoples minds are how are they going to get out, are they going to die, will they make it home to their families? When the towers were up in flames and in the middle of slowly collapsing people that couldn't get out didn't want to suffer. The building floor was small and cramped and had very unsafe conditions. The sources they had at the time of the event didn't really help because they weren't suited for the type of fire that broke out. The fire broke out on the eighth floor and the ladders that the firefighters had only reached the seventh floor. There were ways the girls trapped tried to escape; some ran for the elevator which could only hold twelve people and only went up and down twice until it gave out due to the heat, and some ran to the stairs to soon realize that the door at the bottom was locked. In the commercials they are trying to get you to see that you can lose a lot of different things such as you hair, teeth, of  you can smell bad. One commercial that stood out to me is the one where the man pulls out his tooth to pay for a pack of cigarettes. This symbolizes the price you are paying for smoking cigarettes. In the scene below the man saws his leg off to get out of there and doesn't even make it out alive.
